5 Stars just isn't enough for Nia and Amy. Can't recommend them enough! Nia and Amy were exceptional. Their incredible market knowledge and understanding gave me nothing but the utmost confidence that my home would be sold in the crazy timeframe (43 days) I needed to. Their estimation of when to go live, and help getting contractors to make the home ready for that date, were spot on. The home was able to sell within 18 hours due to their pricing methods, and the home was able to close 5 days before my final out requirement! Thank you so much for all of the expertise, help, and good conversations regarding this very tumultuous process, that you both were able to make seem as the easiest part of the entire move!

My family was ready for a big change – we were looking for an agent to sell our current house as well as assist us with buying a new home. Initially, we wanted to have two separate agents, but after meeting with Nia for the first time, we instantly knew she was the one to tackle any problems we may have. And by the end of it all, we were right. Nia was absolutely impeccable during the whole process. Admittedly, the process was extremely tough, but we really can’t think of anyone else who would have done a better job. Nia is skillful, clever and an absolute professional. She will get the job done and we would easily recommend her to anyone.

Nia and Amy were very professional, attentive and overall amazing! Their attention to detail of my needs/wants in a home and the communication they provided were outstanding. They made my first time home buying experience less stressful from this competitive market. If it wasn’t for their superior knowledge and negotiation skills plus the respected reputation they have with other professionals in the real estate market, I would not be a proud new homeowner today! I highly recommend them for any real estate services you may need. You will not be disappointed

Seattle
Seattle is a fantastic city for a lot of reasons, but one of the best things about it is the natural beauty that surrounds us. Nothing beats a crystal clear day when you can see the Olympic Mountains and Mount Rainier. But even on rainy days which, yes, we do have a few of here, the views of Puget Sound and Lake Washington are breathtaking. Seattle has a rainy reputation, but our best kept secret is how spectacular our summers are. While a lot of the country is sweltering with heat and humidity, we're basking in the perfect warm days and our long summer days allow us to enjoy water sports, hiking and cycling and tending to our gardens. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are only an hour away. People recognize Seattle by the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, but we also have a thriving arts and cultural scene, great art museums, symphony, opera, and ballet.
